1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Wigs and Hairpieces: We accept returns or exchanges for wigs and hairpieces within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the items are in their original, unused condition. Items must not be worn, altered, or washed, and should be in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn or items without the original packaging are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Accessories, such as hair care products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

- Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions on how to return the item.

- Step 4: Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Wig Trendy is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email of the status of your return.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If your return does not meet the return conditions (e.g., items are used, damaged, or missing packaging), we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, we will process the exchange once the original item has been returned and inspected.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back, as well as shipping fees for the new item. If there is a price difference, we will either charge or refund the additional amount.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order and provide photos of the damage or incorrect product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
6. Late or Missing Returns
- If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase and you would like to return an item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- If your return was sent but not received, please contact your courier or shipping provider for assistance. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns lost in transit.
7. Cancellation Policy
